Welcome to Grateful Heart Events 2024 Wild Game Cook Off!
This event will take place on the front lawn of the Breckinridge County Fairgrounds on Feb 24th during the Hunting & Fishing Expo!
There will be 3 meat categories: Fish, Game Bird, and Big Game
Wild Game Tasting will take place at 2pm CDT
Wild Game Cook off winner announced at 3:30p CDT
- There is a cook off registration fee of $20. You may come in a group, a couple, or single individual.
- This is an open to the public event. There will be a $5 tasting entry fee for the People Choice judging if any attendees want to participate.
- We do suggest 8-12 portions of your dish be brought so that the public can get to experience everyone's dishes.
- Dishes must be on plate or in a bowl during judging. It may be main dish, finger-food , or bite-sized.
Grateful Heart Events will supply cutlery, plating, etc for event. All transportation and on-site maintenance is to be organized by chefs.
The award that will be given will be the "Taster's Choice Award".
ALL DISHES MUST BE REGISTERED BY THURSDAY, FEB 22, 2024!
